  • AI-assisted documentation tools may be used to support clinical notes. All notes are reviewed and finalized by clinicians.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • AKT is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from your use of this website or participation in services.

  • AKT provides this website and its content “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
